Don't Do It For Them!

How to Build Resilient and Independent Children

As a parent, we want to jump in and fix things for our kids. Save them from failure or pain, but at what cost?

In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how the brain works and why it is important to let your students’ brains do the work. More importantly, you will acquire specific tools to use for them to feel successful on their own. By stepping in parents sometimes rob our students of the opportunity to develop the neural pathway needed for learning and end up depleting motivation and self-reliance. Instead, learn some strategies for improving motivation and work habits that can be life-changing for your students. Whether you have young children and you want to lay the foundation or are trying to retrain some bad habits, you can walk away with a clear plan for resilient and independent children.
