This week-long course dives into how the brain learns, remembers, and responds to stress. Students will explore brain-based strategies to manage anxiety, boost focus, and study smarter, not harder. They’ll leave with practical tools and mindset hacks to improve academic performance and confidence.

The Brain Explained:ADhd
This week-long course is designed for the ADHD brain—focusing on how diet, exercise, sleep, and stress impact attention and motivation. Students will learn simple, brain-based strategies and practical “ADHD hacks” to boost focus, manage overwhelm, and work with their brain to improve performance and confidence.

August 3-6 from 11-12pm
Transition to High School
Students explore the science of how they learn while gaining practical tips and strategies to stay organized, manage time, and retain information. The course also equips freshmen with tools to build strong relationships with teachers, advocate for themselves, and confidently navigate the transition to high school.
